One of the facets of the US legislative ban that has most surprised and angered American players has been the speed with which many offshore companies have rushed to exclude US players despite the fact that the legislation has not yet been signed into law , and that its implementation regulations have still to be formulated over the 9 month window stipulated by the proposal.
