Remember those much prized baseball hero collector’s cards? The modern version will be available shortly, featuring the top people in what is arguably one of society’s most popular spectator activities – poker.
Poker Royalty is working with Razor Entertainment to create the first-ever poker trading cards collectible set that will be available nationwide at retail chains such as Wal-mart, Target, Kmart, Blockbuster, and Amazon.com.
“These poker trading cards are a first for the memorabilia and trading card industry. Made of high-quality materials and stunning photos, as well as being riddled with facts about today’s hottest poker players, this set’s value should go well beyond its initial offering price and will remain a collector’s item for a long time to come,” said Razor Entertainment’s president, Josh Pankow.
The glossy trading card set will feature 37 of poker’s top professional players including World Series of Poker champions Scotty Nguyen, Phil Hellmuth, Juan Carlos Mortensen, Chris Moneymaker, Greg Raymer, and Joe Hachem. Other pro players will include T.J. Cloutier, Erik Seidel, Sam Farha, David Williams, Daniel Negreanu, Erick Lindgren, Men “The Master” Nguyen, Jennifer Tilly, and Mike Matusow.
