Lee Jones, most recently Executive Host for the European Poker Tour, has left to return to the USA and pastures greener, taking up the Chief Operating Officer position at the poker video instruction website CardRunners.com.
Jones has a strong poker c.v., having worked as the online room manager for PokerStars from 2003 before becoming involved full-time in the busy affairs of the EPT in mid-2007. Popular and respected as both event organiser and broadcaster on EPT webcasts, Jones was also a keen supporter of other Pokerstars events.
As Chief Operating Officer at CardRunners, Jones will be respoknsible for the efficient operation of the company, and will be conducting a full review of its affairs and services as a priority.
He will work closely with the poker experts that have made such an effective contribution to the growth of Cardrunners.com as an instruction medium, including personalities such as Brian Townsend, Brian Hastings, Mike Schneider, Cole South, Eric Liu, Taylor Caby and Andrew Wiggins.
He will also be involved with Full Tilt Poker, which recently commissioned Cardrunner to provide instructional content and brought the skilled Team CardRunners into the Full Tilt roster of affiliated players.
