Microsoft has revealed that come the northern hemisphere spring this year it is set to launch what it calls “…the most visually stunning digital poker game on the market – World Series of Poker: Full House Pro” for XBox 360 and Windows 8.
The new game takes the Xbox LIVE Arcade hit “Full House Poker,” to a new level, company spokesmen claim. Poker players can build bankrolls competing against opponents from around the world while personalising their experience with avatar accessories, chip tricks, and visits to real-world casinos.
Gameplay features include:
* Free-to-Play action with real competitors 24/7
* Free stack of chips to start off a climb up the leaderboard
* Free updates and new content
* Continuity of action – players can resume a game anytime, anywhere.
* Variety of game modes that includes single-player mode, single-table games and full-on global tournaments
* World Series of Poker on ESPN announcers Lon McEachern and Norman Chad provide commentary during play for more ambience.
* Tutorials that include specialty games and contests such as eight head-to-head Pro Takedowns, and an All-in Pro Takedown Tournament.
