I have come across a situation where it proved they were not using a 52 card deck. I had a deuce in my hand and 3 landed on the table, which gave me 4 of a kind another player called me and in his hand was a duece. Meaning there was 5 dueces in the deck.. Hmmm after talking to others I find they also had situations like this where they also had received odd hands. Their 1-1 tables I also beleive are played with robots, you find the same names sitting in there day after day waiting for players, I beleive the ones sitting there waiting are robots as their there 24/7. I wont fund this site any longer, I took my funds out an put them on jetset

I have found on several occasions that their decks dont match up. While playing a Omaha game it turned out there was 5 dueces in the deck.. FIVE.. several people seen it so we e mailed support and it took days for them to get back to us which is weird usually they get back within a few minutes, but days later they got back to us. We requested a hand history which also you get back in a few minutes but that took days to get also. and of course they had even changed the hand history. I would shy away from this site, there is just to many honest sites out there to be wasting your funds on this one.

I concur with other comments that poker stars really seem to deal action hands and definitely is not random. I have come to this conclusion after playing 1000's of hands. It is not even close to being random. They should be avoided. This site appears to be rigged.

they allow people to sit out in the 1-1 rooms so your chances of getting in a good 1-1 game are impossible, the same players have been sitting there for DAYS its like they place themselves there then take off to go to work or wherever then meet there buddy back in the room so your chances of ever getting a 1-1 table are next to none, ps refuses to make them move,, also they they have the policy that its allowed to aggressive bet to force players to sit out so the aggressive better can steal blinds.. this is unfair play an not allowed by most other sites...Id place yer funds elsewhere in my opinion..

In my opinion I believe poker stars uses robots, theres to many "miracle" hands and about every 3rd hand is 3 of a kind and alot of "miracle" rivers. Cards just dont seem to add up on this site and mostly same players seem to win big events, in the money give away the same guy won it 3 times in one day, the chances of winning it even once is about the same odds as the lottery so to hit it 3 times in one day is another "miracle"
