The top earner at the online nosebleed tables this year was Ben “Sauce 123” Sulsky, who won nearly $4 million on the virtual high stakes tables, according to a report on the respected poker information website Card Player.com.
“The 25-year-old New Hampshire native won $3,581,763 on PokerStars, to go along with $367,981 on Full Tilt after it relaunched in early November, according to data from HighstakesDB,” Card Player reports, noting that Sulsky’s biggest pot was valued at $265,000 and was achieved in November on the $200-$400 POL tables on PokerStars.com.
Card Player ranks Gus “The Great Dane” Hansen at the other end of the scale despite his recent big wins (see previous report).
Despite starting out in November with a bank roll boosted by previously languishing funds released in November by the relaunched Full Tilt Poker, The Great Dane lost over $3.1 million over November-December, pushing him to the bottom of the internet earners’ list.
Card Player lists other top earners from the High Stakes Database assessment as:
* Jens “Jeans89” Kyllönen ($2.4 million),
* Ben “Ben86” Tollerene ($1.9 million),
* Sebastien “Seb86” Sabic ($1.7 million),
* Sven “ragen70” Heinecker ($1.6 million),
* Alexander “Kanu7” Millar ($1.5 million),
* Phil “MrSweets28” Galfond ($1.4 million),
