Gamesys developing an online poker product?.

By RP, June 2, 2013

Gamesys, which acquired the assets of Virgin Games earlier this year and subsequently dropped content from a slew of top online gambling software developers in favour of IGT and its own offerings (see previous reports) is reportedly developing its own java-based online poker product, according to the publication Street Corner.

The report claims that Gamesys has set up a subsidiary in Edmonton, Canada and is “….currently recruiting individuals to work on its revolutionary Java-based online poker platform, which it claims is nearing completion.”

The recruitment drive includes a search for people experienced “…in the development of a variety of poker games, including token-based games as well as on play-for -free and real money platforms”.
