Ultimate Gaming, the Station Casinos-Fertitta Interactive subsidiary that carries the group’s hopes for Nevada-regulated online poker in the form of the Ultimate Poker website, has announced that the 30-day operational test period commenced on April 20, 2013 has been successfully completed.
Ultimate Gaming CEO Tobin Prior said Thursday passing the trial proved the company adhered to requirements set forth by the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
“The Nevada Gaming Control Board has set regulatory requirements for online poker at the highest level,” said Tobin. “We are thrilled that our product is the first to not only meet these standards, but exceed them.”
