TwoPlusTwo members reacted negatively to Lock Poker’s announcement that it has withdrawn its customer support participation from the respected forum while “happily” announcing its own poker forum linked to Lock Poker player accounts.
Posts on the new forum will be private and inaccessible to non-Lock Poker customers and internet search engines.
The statement posted by TwoPlusTwo forum member and Lock Poker representative imjustshane said:
“We are happy to announce our own poker forum accessible in the player admin. https://admin.lockpoker.eu
“This will enable us more effectively deal with player concerns in a more direct way with all posts linked to the player’s Lock account. This will be available to active players with a minimum GGR requirement.
“All future questions and concerns should be directed to Lock’s forums.
“We have advised the owners of 2+2 of our departure and let them know we will no longer be participating in this forum.”
“It became clear to us that a public forum was an ineffective way for us to communicate with our players, by creating this private forum we can communicate in a more direct and efficient way to handle true players concerns,” Shane Bridges, the Lock Poker representative told online information portal Pokerfuse. “Every post is linked to a player account therefore we are able to fix issues immediately.”
Lock Poker has been plagued with delays in cash-outs and mounting criticism on its developing segregation policies (see previous reports).
