Flopomania, a new fast-paced online poker variant introduced recently by 888Poker (see previous InfoPowa report) has reportedly been well received by players on its debut weekend, living up to its promise of fast, exciting action.
888Poker reports indicate that the innovative game attracted 11 percent more players compared to regular Sunday traffic and completely outperformed the launch of earlier products like Blast.
The introduction of the new format delivered the most active cash game tables of the whole year for the online poker operator, who reported that the average number of hands played per hour on any given Flopomania table was 15 percent higher than on regular 6-max cash game tables.
