Full Tilt Poker pros prevail in amateur player challenges.

Gus Hansen and Viktor Blom may have taken a hammering on the virtual high stakes tables recently but they showed plenty of talent and aggression this week in besting four amateur challengers in Full Tilt Poker’s inaugural Bust a Pro promotion.

The two pros faced a German, a Briton and two Russian players in three heads-up matches that offered a prize of $50,000 to the amateurs who could overall beat the professionals.

It was a whitewash – not one of the challengers made it to the end, although two of them – BENDER118 from Russia and chris_munich from Germany – earned consolation prizes of $5,000 for winning their matches.
