Domain registry operator Afilias, and RightOfTheDot, an internet domain auction specialist, have teamed up to organise the auction in Las Vegas of several super-domain internet addresses on January 11 next year.
Internet Domains to be auctioned include:
• TexasHoldem.Poker
• Stud.poker
• Strip.poker
• Video.poker
The .poker top level domain launched in 2015 to cater for the popular game, estimated by WorldPokerTour.com as played by more than 180 million fans globally.
Early adopters of the domain include World Poker Tour (wpt.poker) and Amazon (Amazon.poker).
The RightOfTheDot live auction will begin at 2pm Pacific Time at the NamesCon Conference at the New Tropicana Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. Pre-bidding is now open at NameJet.com.
