Following on from last night’s update on the Prima Poker Monte Carlo Millions final table, played in the awesome ambience of the Casino de Monte Carlo itself…. Phil Ivey and Paul Jackson were the last men standing at 8.36 local time after Marc Goodwin went out at 3rd place.
The two battled on with some huge bets, with Ivey holding a massive chip advantage. Almost exactly an hour after Goodwin left the table it was all over – in a spectacular All-In Ivey knocked Jackson out at 9.35pm, claiming the top $1 million prize. Jackson left with second place and a purse of $600 000.
