Predictably, no further action was taken by the State of New York’s Assembly on Senator John Bonacic’s online poker proposal S3898 during the dying days of the current session.
The proposal which passed the New York Senate earlier this month was referred to the Assembly’s Racing, Gaming and Wagering Committeeduring the last week of the 2017-18 legislative session (see previous reports).
