Online poker decline continues.

The independent online poker monitor Pokerscout’s latest weekly assessment of the international industry reports that online poker traffic has declined for the ninth straight week and was down 1 percent last week.

“That’s the 12th decrease out of the last 13 weeks, making for a pretty awful three-month stretch,” the independent monitor notes. “Among the top 10 sites and networks, decliners beat advancers 10-0.”

Pokerscout stats show that Pokerstars continues to dominate the industry, with iPoker and Party Poker continuing to compete for supremacy with each other as well as chasing the market leader.

Overall, the worldwide market is down 13 percent from the same period last year.
