The second Isle of Man get-together of the Pokerstars European Player Council, formed late last year to improve regular and formalised player-provider interaction, has produced some mutually beneficial outcomes.
In October six players travelled to the Isle of Man headquarters of the online poker provider for a series of meetings with heads of departments covering the following topics:

Ring Game Rake
Promotions
Software – player representatives took the new PokerStars 7 software -due for launch next year – for a test drive and gave some feedback.

PR and Forum Presence
