Amaya Inc. online gaming brands PokerStars and Full Tilt will extend their partnership with Right To Play, an initiative that uses the educational power of sports, games and play to provide disadvantaged children and young people in over 20 countries worldwide with learning, health and social skills.

Through Amaya’s corporate giving program, Helping Hands, the Right To Play partnership has been extended for another 12 months and will include an additional donation of GBP 300,000 for the training of another 2,500 volunteer coaches.

PokerStars staff and players boosted Amaya’s previous donation last year with a further GBP 100,000 fundraising.

Looking ahead, PokerStars’ European Poker Tour will support Right To Play with special charity tournaments planned for upcoming stops.

PokerStars players can support Right To Play by donating their FPPs through the PokerStars VIP store, a company statement said. “For every 1,200 FPPs donated by a player, PokerStars will make a $20 donation to the charity.”
