PokerMet, a reportedly struggling Indian online poker operator owned by XLN Media Solutions, has been acquired for an undisclosed consideration by Xeta Networks, a group which includes PokerDangal among its assets.
The acquisition gives Xeta access to a player base of more than 10,000 users and 2,000 active depositing players, a company statement revealed this week.
PokerMet has been criticised on the forums and in social media in recent months for pay-out delays to players, and the new owner has pledged that it will address these shortcomings within the next few weeks
