Jason Wheeler has emerged victorious taking the World Series of Poker Circuit Main Event title at Bally’s Casino in Las Vegas.
The poker pro outlasted a field of 1,214, ultimately defeating Lisa Hamilton in heads up play to claim the title and a payday of $323,236.
“I feel really great right now,” Wheeler said after the win. “I’ve been playing really well lately, and I’ve been waiting for a run to culminate in a victory, which is really satisfying.”
