02/13/2010

The litigation launched by Clonie Gowen against Full Tilt Poker and a range of other defendants (see previous InfoPowa reports) appears to have run its course with a third adverse judgement for the poker pro.

According to court documents surfacing this week a motion to dismiss by the defendants Kolyma Corporation, A.V.V., Pocket Kings Consulting, Ltd., Pocket Kings Ltd., Tiltproof, Inc, Tiltware LLC, Howard Lederer and Raymond J.
