Initial Rewards chosen as loyalty provider for Everest

03/26/2009

Gigamedia subsidiary and major online gambling brand Everest Gaming has selected Initial Rewards Limited to run its loyalty program, launching this week following months of preparation.

“This is by far the most impressive project we have undertaken, for one of the largest and most respected poker brands in the world”, remarked Initial Rewards director Lee Reuben. “We are both proud and delighted that Everest Poker chose Initial Rewards to design and build this loyalty platform – it literally puts us on top of the world in the industry for provision of loyalty services.”

Everest Poker is the fourth largest independent online poker operator in the world – a fact reflected by the company’s title sponsorship of the World Series of Poker and its many other event sponsorships around the world.

Initial Rewards has spent over seven months developing the ‘Summit Points Store’ in conjunction with Everest Poker, including full store front design, innovative product selection and technical integration. Reuben added that they expect “huge things from this particular loyalty store”. The ‘Summit Points Store’ is live from 26th March 2009 at Store.everestpoker.com.

Everest Brand Manager Ken Berman commented, “As a leading global poker brand, Everest is committed to bringing its players the very best experience imaginable. In the case of a loyalty store to reward our players the choice was clear – Initial Rewards has the experience and talent to deliver the quality of service that our users have come to expect.”
