Sunday online poker continues to deliver the big money
The popularity and reward potential of the routine Sunday online poker tournaments was again illustrated last weekend by some serious winning payouts.
In the PokerStars Sunday Million 9 371 poker fans paid the buy-in of $215, generating a prize pool of $1 874 200. This cashed some 1 350 players, with winner tony6733 winning the main prize of $267 640, runner up Alex “He1en ke11er” Moore $196 791 and kvnok88 collecting a third place prize of $139 534.The Sunday $750 000 guaranteed tourney at Full Tilt Poker.com had a buy-in of $216 and pulled in 4 006 pokerheads, generating a prizepool of $801 200. This enabled 585 players to cash, with BOOP BOOP NEB taking the main prize of $113 270 and second placed Sebago2811 taking home $104 217.
