Slovakia added to WPT roster
The World Poker Tour has announced its fifth additional stop this year will be in Slovakia, a Euro 4 000 buy-in event planned for August 31 through September 5 in Bratislava, Slovakia Republic.
2009 tourneys already announced by the organisation (see previous InfoPowa reports) include Marrakech, Morocco, Barcelona, Spain, Cyprus and Venice, Italy."Our goal is to bring value to our partners and WPTE shareholders as we expand our global footprint," said WPT Founder, President and CEO Steve Lipscomb in announcing the new stop.
