Videos heroes in new cross-over poker game

Telltale Games has revealed a crossover poker game based on the concept of how its fantasy heroes might play poker against one another.

Poker Night At The Inventory will star Sam from Sam & Max, Tycho from Penny Arcade, The Heavy from Team Fortress 2 and Strong Bad from Homestar Runner.

"We've had the idea for some time of exploring the idea of what video characters do when they're not ?on the clock' in the games we play," said Telltale CEO Dan Connors.

"We pitched the idea to friends in the industry and it really resonated. We all had a great time imagining how these characters might trash talk while slinging cards?.from there Poker Night at The Inventory was born."

Priced at just under $5, the game will be available on PC and Mac via Steam later this year.
