Face lift for Pacific Poker software

11/07/2007

Veteran online poker site and 888.com subsidiary Pacific Poker has widened its appeal with new languages and undergone a major software upgrade.

The poker site now offers an interactive lobby with personalied navigation features, along with bright new 3-D player avatars. The opportunity has also been taken to add features such as tournaments with re-buys and add-ons, and enhanced multi-tabling options. Casino games and backgammon have been included in the site's offerings.

Widening the online poker site's appeal, Pacific Poker has been made accessible in two new languages - Dutch and Portuguese.

"We always strive to better 888.com and Pacific Poker for the benefit of our players, who are our most valuable asset," said Matt Robinson, 888.com's marketing director. "This mean having more games, better software, great graphics in as many languages as we can to make the 888 experience available to players from all over the world."
