VC Poker leaves Playtech's Tribeca for 24hpoker
There will soon be a new look and more geographically accessible online poker especially for Israeli players following a major platform switch by Victor Chandler Poker just announced.
The Gibraltar-based gambling group, which has recently encountered hassles with Israeli officialdom over operations in that country, is to switch from the Playtech-owned Tribeca Tables software and network to 24hpoker's burgeoning platform which is currently attracting strong player response, particularly in Scandinavia.
24hNetwork is part of 24hPoker AB and currently boasts some 100 partners (or 'skins') and an expansion rate of three to five new partners every month. The company claims that its online poker network has more than 500 000 registered players, and that its software is used by a number of well-known operators on the market, including Sunderlands and Redbet.
24hPoker founder and CEO Per Hildebrand is a respected poker player in Sweden, giving him a real perspective of player requirements and preferences, which led to a software developed in close collaboration with professional poker players.
