Online poker pro launches new poker site.

Online and live tournament player, author and poker pro Andrew ‘luckychewy’ Lichtenberger (30) has branched out into the operator world, launching Luckychewy Poker.com on an as yet unidentified platform.

The operation is currently in play-money and beta format, but has licensing from the UK Gambling Commission and software certified by iTech Labs that offers players a choice of NLHE and Omaha poker variants.

Supporting the venture, Luckychewy is putting together a team of respected poker players who will offer advice to his Luckychewy Poker community in an on-site poker training school, along with a news section and a player forum.

Luckychewy has tweeted that he wants to provide great poker with low rake and solid reward opportunities for as many players as international law permits.

Lichtenberger is not the only pro with ambitions to launch an online poker room; in September this year Phil ‘OMGClayAiken’ Galfond revealed his plans to do so early in 2017, extending his Run It Once Poker training brand into the operational sector, but giving little away in terms of operational information.
