Reading the tells – online style.

Online poker players at the Monbluff.com online casino and poker room now have the opportunity to move a little closer to the real thing in tournament action following the launch of a new live webcam feature at the Playtech-powered Internet venue.

Players will now be able to see their opponents and speak with them, hopefully reading the tells that add a different dimension to facing opponents across a virtual poker table.

“Poker is like living in a big family,” a spokesman for the operator said this week. “All the interaction happens around a table, whether online or in reality.”

He added that using the webcam facility is easy for players, requiring only registration before selecting a password and identifier. From there, players gain entry to a large community of online poker players and add a visual and audio element to their online play.

Monbluff is associated with Casino770.com, which is reputed to have business connections with the Partouche French land casino group.
