The April 2013 enforcement bust of an organised crime-associated high stakes and celebrity poker ring based in an up market art gallery in Manhattan in April last year has claimed another victim.

High stakes professional Edwin Ting was sentenced by a Manhattan Federal Judge to five months in prison and ordered to forfeit $ 2 Million for his part in the ring.

25 defendants have pleaded guilty in the high-profile case, collectively forfeiting over $65 million.

In the same case, high stakes pro Justin “BoostedJ” Smith was sentenced to probation earlier this month, he will spend 12 weeks in home confinement and serve 200 hours of community service.
